Branch Manager Winnipegosis
Full Time Position
The Position
Under broad managerial direction, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing the day–to-day operations of this branch. This position must be able to recognize member needs and promote and cross-sell credit union deposit and lending services while always ensuring activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures. There is also the requirement to directly supervise and motivate all branch employees. As the manager, the person will lead in the development and achievement of branch goals.
The Person
The successful candidate will have two years post-secondary education plus 7-9 years of job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.
Compensation for this position will be equivalent to a Branch Manager grade 1 with annual salary range of $41,000-$55,000.
