DPCU’S NEWSLETTER BANNER PHOTO CONTEST
RULES
By entering this Contest, all entrants agree to submit photos and to accept and agree to these Rules:
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all Dauphin Plains Credit Union (DPCU) members, including employees and directors of credit unions. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of DPCU as final in all matters relating to the contest. By entering, all entrants permit DPCU to use the collected information from The Contest for internal marketing and advertising purposes.
CONTEST PERIOD
The newsletter is produced every quarter and deadlines are as follows:
Spring Newsletter: March 28th, 2011
Summer Newsletter: June 27th, 2011
Fall Newsletter: September 26th, 2011
TO ENTER
Submit photo within contest deadlines along with your name, phone number, email address and description of photo. Digital photos will be cropped/re-sized to 816 pixels wide x 272 pixels high. Please consider the horizontal shape of the space (3:1) when choosing which photo to submit. Only one photograph per entrant per contest period will be allowed. Users may win the contest a maximum of one time per year.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photos submitted during the Contest period will be reviewed by a judging panel consisting of at least two representatives from DPCU. The judging criteria will be the majority vote on each photo by the judging committee. At any time, winners may be asked to submit the original photography files to DPCU staff to verify authenticity.
PRIZES
Winners will be selected on the contest quarterly deadlines at DPCU and results will be announced in the following issue of eAdvantage.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
With regard to any photograph submitted to this contest, the entrant, or the owner of copyright in the photograph, retains copyright. By uploading or submitting any photograph to this contest, the entrant grants (or warrant that the owner of such materials expressly grants) DPCU a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any DPCU purpose, including, but not limited to advertising and promotional materials, its website, and other DPCU publications. DPCU will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses. Winning entrants are required to sign a release containing the above conditions.
