A Canadian money order can be purchased in amounts up to $1,000.00, and is accepted worldwide. For your security, Money Orders can be traced if they are lost or stolen, and all money orders come with carbon receipts so you can keep track of your expenditures.
Travelers Cheques
Travelers Ceques can be purchased wither in Canadian or American funds, available in various denominations and fees are at 1% (some accounts have no fee, consult Dauphin Plains Credit Union for more information).
U.S. Drafts
U.S. Drafts can be purchased in American funds with ni limit, and is accepted around the world. US drafts can be traced if lost or stolen, and come with a carbon receipt for your records.
Wire Transfers
Wherever your travel takes you, you can have money wired directly to any financial institution you enter. Money can reach you within hours, depending on the financial institution and country you're visiting.
