E-STATEMENTS

In keeping with our Green Policy and choosing environmentally responsible solutions whenever possible, we are pleased to offer our members e-Statements.

• e-Statements are exactly the same as the one you’re used to receiving by mail, including cheque images – except you view it on your computer, and only print it if you want it.

• e-Statements are accessible though CU@Home online banking from any computer with internet access, anytime, anywhere.

• e-Statements are archived for seven years from date of issue, starting May 15, 2010 when we converted to our current banking system.

To opt out of receiving paper statements, download and complete the Discontinue Paper Statements Agreement. Drop off your completed form at any DPCU branch.

How to view e-Statements      

• Log into CU@Home Internet banking
• On the Account Summary page, click on e-statements in the left-hand menu
• On the e-Statements page, view the available list of e-Statements
• Click the statements you wish to view. Click open to view or save to store your e-Statements to your computer
