Term Life Insurance
Keeping your family free of debts and preventing financial hardship are important concerns that you may have in the case something unpredictable should happen. With CUIS Term Life Insurance, you get the coverage you need for the time you need it, at a modest premium.
For coverage under $100,000, you can have your CUIS Term Life Insurance issued directly from Dauphin Plains Credit Union with absolutely no medical examination required. For coverage up to $500,000, simply complete an application available at Dauphin Plains Credit Union.
Your CUIS Life Insurance policy is automatically renewed until you are 65, no matter how your health changes. Only you can decide if you want to exit your current policy, add money, or reduce money from it. From 65 through 70 years of age, your coverage is renewed each year. In your 70th year, your CUIS Life Insurance expires on the anniversary of the insurance certificate.
